ABOUT THE ROLE

This position will need an adaptable leader with strong IT and technical skills. Someone who can creatively troubleshoot and perform complex system tests. Understanding the systems, networks, hardware, and software as well as having a strong desire to maintain knowledge of technologies with continued self-development in the technology arena.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify opportunities for automation within staging and servicing processes
  • Design and execute QA tests using scripts that automatically test functionality
  • Run tests for databases, systems, networks, applications, hardware, and software as it relates to staging and delivery
  • Identify bugs and quality issues in processes
  • Collaborate with teams to understand workflow and where automation is needed
  • Maintain integrity of applications and systems through monthly security patching and vulnerability management
  • Provide clear goals and development steps to oversee timely execution and completion of line of business solutions
  • Promote strong collaboration and relationships with vendors, working with team to deliver quality product
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies, and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standard.
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • 1 - 3 years’ experience in database administration, information technology, database architecture or a related field required
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Microsoft Azure)
  • Experience With Linux and Window Server Environments
  • Understanding and using DevOps practices
  • Experience developing engineering applications for a large corporation
  • Interpersonal/Customer Service skills including written and verbal communication. Ability to work as a team.
  • Occasional travel could be required within the footprint
  • Some lifting could be required at times
  • Typical office hours are M-F 8a-5p. This position is exempt and full-time. A minimum 40 hours is required per week. This position could require evening and weekend work to oversee upgrades and/or fixes.
  • This position is fully remote.


NICE TO HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Software Engineering
  • MCSE/MCSA certifications
