Automation Engineer Co-op
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Automation Co-op are to:
- Lead optimization and automation projects;
- Support standard program roll outs;
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement;
- Identify and improve operating procedures;
- Assist in programming, scoping and supporting IT projects;
- Support MITS (Manufacturing Information Security) remediation for NA Row Crops.

Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled and pursuing at least a bachelor's degree;
- Ability to commit to a seven-month co-op (mid May-Dec.);
- Demonstrates ability to manage a deadline while being able to focus on details;
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to organize (thoughts, data, etc);
- Knowledgeable in computer systems;
- Control system hardware including instrumentation PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMI (Human Machine Interface) equipment;
- Demonstrates leadership ability.
