Bi-Lingual Automotive Parts Sales Representative
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Understanding customer needs and offer solutions
- Using company computer system to enter orders
- Creating and closing auto parts sales orders by telephone and online
- Develop product knowledge to assist customers with purchases
Required Skills and Experience:
- Ability to self-manage, show initiative and be proactive
- Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing to coworkers and customers and be able to exchange accurate information
- Have knowledge of automobiles
- Must have strong computer skills
- Must be able to problem solve and prioritize tasks
- Must be able to manage stress depending on situations
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to receive and analyze information
- Must be able to quickly communicate solutions if problems occur
- Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of sound judgement
Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
Candidate must have sales experience.
Being bi-lingual is a plus, but not required.
