South Hills Lincoln is one of the few remaining family owned and operated automotive dealerships. Looking for a modernized automotive sales work schedule look no further! One weekend off per month (Friday-Sunday). We have an experienced, dedicated sales management team to help the sales staff succeed. Lastly, we are a gross oriented dealership (no $100 flats here), we sell value, we do not sell price.

Job Responsibilities:
- Efficiently qualify and assess clients’ needs to help them select a vehicle.
- Provide professional demonstrations of New & Pre Owned Vehicles
- Develop and maintain rapport with clients
- Communicate effectively with prospects and clients
- Maintain proficient Customer Satisfaction Scores
- Effectively overcome objections during the sales process
- Work and close your own deals, if preferred
Requirements:
- Tech savvy
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Automotive sales experience preferred
- Adequate computer skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Persistent and Competitive
