STS Line Maintenance is hiring Aircraft Maintenance Training Administrators in Arlington, Virginia.

Hiring Note: All candidates must currently be authorized to work in the United States.

The Maintenance Training Administrator is a critical role within the DCA Line Maintenance organization. This position is accountable for ensuring Line Maintenance personnel possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to excel while performing their assigned duties. The Maintenance Training Administer reports directly to the Line Maintenance Station Manager along with a dotted line to the Director of Maintenance Training. This position does require Hands on Maintenance Instruction experience, as well as a current and valid FAA issued A&P license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure employees are compliant with internal/external training requirements.
• Ensure training records are submitted and retained in records retention system.
• Provide guidance, systems logins and support for new onboarding employees.
• Review and identify new employees that do not meet experience requirements for purposes of OJT requirements.
• Provide fleet specific OJT training. Track OJT compliance. Ensure OJT completion in timely fashion.
• Identify non-fleet specific training needs, develop and provide OJT.
• Coordinate training records/reports/training ID’s with customers to ensure compliance.
• Author/Maintain training reports and submit to Station Manager.
• Coordinate training classes with third party training partner.
• Perform in-process training when applicable.
• All other tasks assigned by Station Manager or Director of Training.

Qualifications:

• Standard schedule will be Monday-Friday 0700-1500. However, must be willing to work any shift including weekends when training needs are required.
• Must have minimum of 3 years A321 maintenance experience.
• Previous Lead Technician/Management experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
