We’re currently looking for a Backup Babysitter in Rancho Palos Verdes, Los Angeles, 90275

A lovely family in Rancho Palos Verdes is seeking a backup babysitter for their 2 year old girl and 5 year old boy. Care is needed intermittently and will primarily be needed for work meetings, weekends, and date nights with at least a 24-hour notice. Weeknight help would typically start around 4-5pm. A great candidate will have flexibility.

There is a friendly medium sized dog in the home. The children love being outside, arts & crafts, legos, Cocomelon and video games. The family is looking for someone long-term to build a bond with them as a whole.

Duties:

• Engage with children
• Possible daycare pick ups - (Open to offering gas reimbursement when picking up children)

Qualifications:

• Must have 2+ years of professional toddler experience
• Must have a reliable vehicle
• Must have 2 childcare related references
• Must be UTD on CPR/First Aid
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
• Must be boosted
• OK with dogs

Compensation: $20-$25 per hour based on experience for back up care/occasional babysitter.

*There are no guaranteed hours for this position.
