Bank Operations Specialist Job at STERLING STATE BANK
Sterling State Bank has an immediate opening for the position of Deposit Operations Specialist. This position is based in our Bank corporate office located at 4200 Badger Hills Drive NW, Rochester, MN 55901.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position in the Bank’s Operations Department. This position interacts with a number of key banking services including: retail mobile banking, retail Internet banking, wire transfers, deposit account maintenance & review, new accounts, IRA processing & reporting, bill-payments, assisting with non-post processing, debit cards, and safe deposit box operations.
Previous experience in a bank or credit union is highly valued for this role. In addition, any previous experience with FISERV-specific banking software including the Premier bank core, electronic banking products, front line deposit software, Business Analytics, Director content management system, FISERV EFT (debit cards) or Business Process Manager (BPM) can also be helpful. This soft-ware specific experience is not required to apply for this opening. Additional experience or expertise that could also be a great fit for this role includes Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification or National Check Professional (NCP) certification.
Sterling State Bank’s operations department supports branches in Rochester, the Twin Cities and Austin markets. Hours are approximately 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday with no weekend hours scheduled.
