Bank Teller/Customer Service Representative Job at Community National Bank

Community National Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will focus in serving in teller transactions and helping customers open new accounts while providing exceptional customer service. This position will be based in both the Seneca, KS and Sabetha, KS locations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Open and close location per bank procedures
  • Receive and process checking and savings deposits
  • Cash checks and process withdrawals
  • Accept payments on various accounts to include loans, visa credit card, misc.
  • Open/close/maintain customer accounts to include: checking, savings, business, Certificate of Deposit (CD), IRAs, Safe Deposit Boxes
  • Online banking set up and trouble-shooting
  • Order checks
  • Assist in cash, teller and bank audits
  • Process cash advances
  • Redeem US savings bonds
  • Balance and update customer inquiries
  • Perform proof function, as assigned
  • Count and roll loose coin
  • File and maintain data
  • Open and process mail
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Inbound and Outbound Calls
  • Monthly Referrals
  • May be asked on occasion to support multiple locations

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ yrs customer service experience
  • Cash handling experience preferred
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong attention to detail, dependable, and self motivated
  • Highly proficient in MS Office and industry-specific software
  • Sales Experience
  • Proficient math skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
