Barback/Busser Job at Maderas Kitchen and Cantina
Located in the heart of bustling midown/montrose area. Maderas is a new upscale boutique restaurant featuring fresh authentic dishes and craft cocktails from Mexico City and surrounding regions.
Maderas Barback/Busser must be capable of:
- Ensuring the dining experience is pleasurable and memorable
- Check the service stations and bar to ensure accurate set-up and cleanliness
- Possess the ability to communicate effectively any accommodations to the servers
- Provide a clean environment through the dining experience
- Have upbeat and professional mannerisms with guests and coworkers
- Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival.
- Assist in performing all necessary side work, setup, and breakdown of the bar.
- Clean and change trash cans, fill, and clean ice bins, stock wine, liquor, and other beverages, clean and polish glassware.
- Assist the restaurant dining services (if necessary), when and where appropriate.
