Our barista candidate will have …
general knowledge of the coffee bar process (how to dose, tamp, pull and steam)
an unbridled work ethic
experience working in a coffee bar
a skillset for mentoring others
a clear understanding of inventory, cash handling, customer service, product quality and delivery
critical thinking skills
positive, creative energy
availability between 7 am-5 pm Mon-Sun
Seeking full and part-time. Minimum 3 days per week. Compensation DOE.
