We’re looking for experienced Bartenders/Servers with weekend availability to join our team. Your ongoing training will focus on executing the methods, recipes, and procedures of our restaurant. We want to see you succeed and will be patient and persistent in challenging you to pursue continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications
• Help guests choose menu items or guide them through drink options
• Take orders and make guests feel taken care of during their time at the restaurant or event
• Keep the bar stocked and clean while
• Provide friendly and attentive service
• Adhere to company standards for serving alcoholic beverage
• Willing to work as a server when needed

Required Skills/Abilities

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
• Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings
• Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
• Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness
• Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol
• Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
