Haven Craft Kitchen + Bar is searching for a highly motivated, detail oriented, team player to join our staff.
Bartender: 3+ years Bartending experience required. Candidates should have a guest first mentality, ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, have considerable knowledge of Wine, Beer, and Spirits.
Must have LEADS, ServSafe, and BarSmarts certifications. Reliable source of transportation is required.
Job Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele
- Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift
- Keep an eye on patron intoxication levels and respond appropriately
- Identify belligerent customers, and work with management when needed to maintain a safe environment
- Maintain a clean working environment for our team and guests
- Other duties as requested
