Batch Maker - The responsibilities of a batch maker involve using equipment to mix or blend ingredients and juices according to specifications. Your duties in this career include working to weigh or measure ingredients so that they exactly match the requirements of the juice formulation. You then monitor the mixing process to ensure even flow of materials into the equipment and proper blending. You must document all your activities and record the contents of each batch and quantities that you use. You also collect and test samples of each batch for quality control purposes.
