Customer Service Representative - Internet Motorcycle Sales - H-D Dealership

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Respond quickly to internet leads inbound phone calls and chats with the goal of scheduling an appointment
  • Confirming all motorcycle sales department appointments and rescheduling missed appointments
  • Building the fun and excitement of Harley-Davidson to customers through phone calls, e-mails and text messages
  • Prospecting customer lists to build and find future riders
  • We will train the right people and provide the tools you need to be successful

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

  • Business Development or Customer Service Center experience preferred
  • Outgoing, energetic, helpful and positive personality
  • Agreeable to 80% of their workday spent on the phone and internet
  • Be able to follow a structured sales process on value based selling
  • Driven with the ambition to meet and exceed goals by constantly learning and improving
  • Motivated by commission and eager to improve
  • Time management skills to be consistently productive
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
