Love kids? Join our Team! Atlanta Autism Center is hiring to train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for full-time and part-time positions at our Alpharetta center.
Job Description
- Deliver ABA therapy in a 1:1 or small group format
- Accurately implement skill acquisition programs and implement the individual treatment plan
- Accurately implement behavior reduction plans, behavior protocols, and/or behavior support plans
- Maintain precise and meticulous client progress records, which may include data sheets, graphs, daily notes, anecdotal information, etc.
- Maintain a safe, clean, stimulating, and fun environment for the client
- Collaborate with the client family and related professionals as needed regarding client updates, progress, behavioral concerns, etc.
- Uphold company policies and standards of conduct; implement ABA intervention in line with the BACB ethical guidelines
- Promptly report all incidents of abuse/neglect and train others to recognize signs of abuse, neglect, and exploitation
- Provide high quality customer service to clients and their families
- Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement'

Training Period: With no BT/RBT experience, Approximately 2-4 weeks (PAID @ $10/hr) once certified, begin as a LEVEL I RBT @ $20/hr. You will have the opportunity to earn up to $27/hr within your first year.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $27.00 per hour
