Position Summary:
This successful candidate provides behavioral health focused treatment, intervention, and collaboration to promote optimum mental and emotional health for patients throughout the hospital and community.
Department: Behavioral Health
Status: Full-Time; 80 hour per pay period; Non-Exempt; Day Shift
Pay Range: Varies based on applicant's credentials
Education Requirements: Master's Degree in counseling or Behavioral Sciences (Social Work). 2 years' clinical experience with geriatric population preferred.
Licenses/Certification Requirements: Illinois LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT license required or willingness to obtain within specified timeframe upon hire. Current BLS or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
