- Working knowledge of HRIS; ERISA, HIPAA, Cafeteria Section 125, COBRA, and any other applicable legislation
- Ability to identify, compare data, investigate, and resolve complex issues with minimal guidance
- Demonstrated outstanding customer service and ability to work collaboratively within multiple teams
- Ability to set priorities, coordinate multiple projects, and meet critical deadlines
- Excellent written communication skills demonstrating the ability to prepare outlines, reports, letters, and any other supplemental materials in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent verbal skills necessary to communicate Total Rewards information to all levels of management and employees
