Major Duties
determines amount payable, verifies eligibility for benefit payments in accordance with plan provisions. coordinates payment with vendor & GC on legal issues. maintains employee benefit records.
provides tier-3 expert assistance to levels 1 & 2 HR associates in Human resources support center. ensures vendors are following policy & procedures.
verifies that ebenefits & payroll systems collect appropriate contributions/premiums for each benefit plan. processes adjustments as needed.
assists with development/review of employee benefit booklet & other communications pertaining to benefits.
performs other related duties as assigned
