The recruitment team at Myticas Consulting is looking for an on-site (Chicago North Suburbs) IT Service Desk (Help Desk) professional for an industry-leading company with knowledge of and / or solid experience supporting Microsoft desktop products (Office 365 suite), Windows Deployment Services, MACs, and Helpdesk tracking software.

Great oral and written communication skills with an ability to easily articulate technology solutions for simple to complex challenges is required, and must be local and able to travel to and from office in the north Chicago Suburbs area.

REQUIRED:

  • 2+ yr. degree in Systems-related field or 1+ years of work experience or college internship supporting and troubleshooting help desk issues.

Plus Skills:

  • NETWORK+ certification
  • Exposure and /or experience with Adobe products, VPN Cisco AnyConnect Client, IBM Client Access, and wireless technology.

Candidates must be able to validate the following below in order to be qualified:

  • Are you local to Chicago?
  • Are you willing to work onsite 5 days/week in Highland Park?
