Part time hours average about 20 a week. Hours are typically after school to early evening i.e. 3-8pm, although hours could be in morning- depending on client.

Seeking great BHPs to work using ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) preferably within commuting distance of our offices in Yarmouth.

• Behavioral Health Professional (BHP)- pay starts at $18-19/hr
• receive paid training to obtain RBT (registered behavior technician) certification and go to $20/hr upon getting certification
• start at $20/hr if you have your RBT certification

We are seeking patient and dedicated BHPs to partner with our Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBAs) to work with clients with developmental disabilities, aged 3-21, in our Specialized Rehabilitative and Community Supports (RCS) program. This is a clinical skill building & behavior modification program for children with disabilities using evidence-based practices of Applied Behavioral Analysis to improve social skills, communication, increase independence with daily living skills and to safely regulate behavior. Our BCBA's partner with BHPs to teach and support them in learning the skills to make sure our clients and their families are successful. This role is based in our clients’ homes. BHPs may need to use their vehicle to transport clients and will be reimbursed for mileage. This is a part time position.

Requirements:

• Education: High School diploma or GED
• Certification: Must obtain or have an existing BHP Provisional Certificate within 30 Days of date of hire and Full Certification within one year; Must have or obtain Registered Behavioral Technician certification (RBT)- we offer paid training!
• Experience: One year of experience with children in a supervised setting or relevant life experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
