Description:

Deliver analytic application capabilities to the organizations. Gathering data, end user interaction, data analysis, report development, leveraging the knowledge of appropriate data Integration. Works with business partners ensuring that deliverables are met. Partners with the business, clinical, financial and technical personnel to establish and implement strategies that align IT with the business. Understands the business context, including trends, intellect, content, teams, conversations, solutions and strategy. Directs continuous improvement of data management practices to ensure that data resources are understandable, accessible, and protected. Develop a strategy for data validation, verification and reconciliation. Implement, and socialize best practices to ensure that the documentation of critical business data and metrics is comprehensive, appropriately detailed, and communicated across the business. This role will provide integration vision and direction across various platforms/technologies, understanding the advantages and disadvantages of using various technologies and how best to integrate the technologies involved.

Estimated salary range for this position is $120641 - $156833 / year depending on experience.

Qualifications:

• 
  Degrees: Bachelors
• Additional Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelors Degree in Nursing or Masters degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Informatics is a plus.
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communications skills.
• Solid project leadership/management skills in leading mid to large projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Demonstrated consultative, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with clients, technical staff and BHSF stakeholders.
• Ability to engage business as well as technology subjects.
• A technology agnostic attitude.
• Experience developing BI applications, reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of the healthcare business processes and terminology and strong project planning skill is required.
• Knowledge of data sources across the organization and best data sources to use for each project or request is necessary.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, CCL or any equivalent programing experience is required.
• Minimum Required Experience: 10
