Bilingual Inside Sales Representative, (remote) Job at LL Flooring
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for performing to a sales target every month by managing sales leads over the phone, through email or virtually. The Representative will be focused on sales processes, end to end customer experience, managing a phone queue plus emails and chats, outbound follow up calls, dialer calls, and may be included on our virtual sales team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Ensure customer orders meet all specifications. Make product recommendations to customers and be the resident flooring expert to ensure project accuracy.
- Interacts professionally and effectively through verbal, written and virtual communication with all LL Flooring associates and customers.
- Meet or exceed sales and service goals.
- Maintain detailed and accurate information in SAP/CRM.
- Collaborate and coordinate with stores to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Follow up with customers.
- Dialer will be utilized to help support the field with leads.
- Proactively assist others including other departments in the Customer Relationship Center.
- Execute special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed to support multiple shifts over a 7-day schedule.
- Ability to solve problems and apply creative and timely solutions.
- Attendance and reliability are extremely important in this position.
- Ability to handle confidential information and lead by setting a good example so that behavior is consistent with words.

Education:
- High school diploma, required
- 3-5 years of related inside sales or telesales organization
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- CRM Software
- SAP, preferred
- SalesForce, preferred
