Bilingual Instructor
White Glove Community Care is actively seeking motivated Full-time or Per-diem. Bilingual Instructor to train and supervise home health aides in clinical classroom settings. English and Spanish speaking candidates are highly needed. This is an exciting opportunity to join our White Glove Education team. White Glove has offices in Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and Staten Island. Once a week, classes are completed in the Queens, Bronx, Staten Island locations. Training can be provided on how to complete the orientation and in-service class.
Job Summary:
- Completes PCA/HHA Orientation classes and In-service classes.
- Reports directly to Director of Education.
- Participates in biweekly/monthly education meetings.
- Works seamlessly with office staff to have aides activated and ready for duty.
- Responsible for signing off on, orientation and policy forms for each aide and handing them to staff in timely manner.
- Classes are completed using instructional material provided by Director of Education.
- RN must use their own clinical experience to inspire the orientees to continue being skilled home health aides.
- Position is for in classroom setting only.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Home care: 1 year (Preferred)
- Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- Spanish (Required)
License/Certification:
- NYS Registered Nurse License (Required)
