The role of the Bilingual Spanish/English Recruiting Assistant is critical to the success of the hiring process. The Bilingual Spanish/English Recruiting Assistant provides onsite administrative support to recruit new hires and retain existing employees at our fast-growing client site in Vonore, TN.

Essential Job Function:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees.
• Onboard and train new employees.
• Communicate and implement company culture, values, and policies.
• Provide management with requested reports and documentation.
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition.
• Manage associates who successfully complete orientation, manage their availability, make offers, review client specific information, and coordinate hire.
• Update applicant files, pool candidates, and working files in HRIS.
• Serve as the applicant facing representative.
• Perform other duties in support of the team as required.

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Ability to multi-task and establish priority of work.
• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Customer service skills.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED, preferably BS/BA.
• Prior recruiting experience or HR knowledge preferred.
• Experience with MS Office with focus on Word and Excel.
• Must be proficient in use of the Internet.
