Qualifications:
Associate Degree required or equivalent credit hours “Bachelor Preferred” * Two years’ experience in accounts receivable and credit and collections. Must be able to file accurately, both numerically and alphabetically. Must have a working knowledge of the computer software that is required to perform assigned job duties such as Excel, Access, and Microsoft Word. Must be able to type with speed and accuracy (35 to 50 w.p.m). Ability to operate fax machine, calculator, and duplicating equipment. Must have a valid driver’s license and minimal auto insurance.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
Excellent oral and written communication skills and proficiency in mathematical skills. Good short-term memory, good hearing, and visual acuity sufficient to accomplish job responsibilities. Good hand dexterity sufficient to operate office equipment. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to perform light physical work, exerting up to ten (10) pounds of force on an occasional basis. Sitting, standing, and walking short distances are activities that the Billing/Data Entry Clerk must perform.
