We are looking to hire a Blender Operators at our our Lancaster, TX location

This is just a high-level overview of the role we need you to fill for us

This position has the knowledge and demonstrates ability to operate state of the art mixers, pumping equipment, hi-speed mixers, and tinting equipment in the production area. Follow process orders from beginning to end and record all pertinent information. Individual will add materials at specified quantities and times, observe temperatures and or mixtures and record necessary batch information, and take, conduct and record samples at designated times to ensure timely, consistent, quality batches. Once quality controlled and approved, Operator will package finished material in appropriate packaging.

Main areas of responsibility - Blender batching for standard products, product filling, product palletizing, operating de-nester, manual weighing of chemicals (based on batch sheet), housekeeping.

Retrieves samples for prescribed analysis, including tests for critical characteristics with written and/or electronic records of such activities as established by the immediate supervisor in a safe and accurate manner. Understands and follows all quality initiatives, procedures, and processes as they pertain to job responsibilities. Assures that quality standards of the Company are met at all times.

These skills and experiences will make you a good fit for this role

• Preferred 1 year of experience in manufacturing.
• Preferred - 1 year of forklift experience; Operate a forklift in a safe manner to eliminate inventory damage and accidents
• Must have experience in confined space entry.
• Previous mixing or compounding experience a plus
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
• Maintain good attendance record and report to assigned job station in a timely manner.
