First Children Services is currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our STRIVE Autism Care Continuum. Our model is family-focused, collaborative, and comprehensive. Your job at FCLS:
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments.
  • Create programs and behavior intervention plans.
  • Complete skill assessments, including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP and AFLS
  • Train and supervise school staff and/or home therapists.
  • Parent training
  • Supervision of Behavior Technicians/RBTs

Required Skills
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Access to reliable transportation; willingness to travel.
  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
  • Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.

Required Experience
  • 2+ years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
