Your job at FCLS:
-
Conduct functional behavioral assessments.
-
Create programs and behavior intervention plans.
-
Complete skill assessments, including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP and AFLS
-
Train and supervise school staff and/or home therapists.
-
Parent training
-
Supervision of Behavior Technicians/RBTs
Required Skills
-
Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field.
-
Current BCBA certification.
-
Access to reliable transportation; willingness to travel.
-
Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
-
Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.
Required Experience
-
2+ years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
