Aim Star Learning is seeking BCBAs who strive to improve service delivery and services available to kids, teens and adults on the autism spectrum.

We are currently looking for a BCBA to supervise CBTs and implement quality ABA programs. The BCBA will help ensure compliance with BACB standards and ensure best practices during treatment delivery. The right candidate is organized and detail oriented.

We provide 1:1 and group therapy in home, in center, school, and community settings. We are dedicated to developing programs to meet our client’s needs across the age and autism spectrum.

We love to help shape new BCBAs and support continued learning of seasoned BCBAs. We strive to help you pursue and develop your interests in this field. We value and encourage continuing education and conference attendance. BCBAs will receive ongoing supervision and opportunities for peer collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BCBA certification (We will consider, BCBA students and students who have taken their exam)
• Master's degree
• Ability to supervise and train others
• Reliable means of transportation and valid driver’s license
• Must pass criminal background check
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships
• Able to work in a variety of environments including home, clinic, community and school settings

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Experience with Precision Teaching
• Experience with Naturalistic Teaching Models such as Pivotal Response Training
• Bilingual and/or bicultural background, a plus
• BACB supervision requirement met

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
