The Role

Tesla is looking for a Body Repair Network Manager to work with one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. The ideal candidate will not only be an experienced professional with full understanding of the automotive body repair industry, creating and building on the existing relationships within the assigned region but also achieve department objectives and Key Performance Indicators within their own region and support for other regions. The Role is a key contributor in the Tesla ownership experience. It will be responsible for developing and performing onsite audits to ensure that standards, equipment and processes adhere to the Tesla ‘General Terms & Conditions’ of the program. This position will require regular travel within your region coupled with support for other regions on occasion as needed and directed by management

This position can be based anywhere in the EMEA region with the possibility of dynamic assigned regions/markets.

This role can be based anywhere within the Nordics.

• Work closely with your team and direct line manager to uphold and improve all aspect of the program
• Account manage the third party network within your assigned market/region ensuring the most accurate and efficient tools, equipment and processes are utilized to repair Tesla vehicles
• Identify and report network expansion needs based on KPI’s and collected data
• Support network expansion in new markets
• Carry out visits to each partner including both scheduled and random visits
• Carry out audits during the Body Shop ‘On-boarding’ process
• Carry out annual audits for all current body shops within the region
• Establish training and development requirements
• Work closely with the Body Repair Program Support Specialist within your region
• Work with the Technical Support team & the Parts organization to ensure the highest standard of customer service
• Support the development and expansion of the Tesla Approved Body Repair program with weekly feedback reports
• Promotes continuous improvement of the program as well as lean process implementation
• Attend team meetings to present overview of network within your region
