The Hire Mark is recruiting a Bookkeeper for a CPA firm Los Angeles.
This is an in-person-only role with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities;
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Bank reconciliation
- Journal entry posting
- Financial statement preparation
- Communication with IRS, EDD, Customers.
- Answer phone lines.
- Adhoc requests.
Requirements:
- 2 years bookkeeping experience
- 2 years Tax preparation experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills (in person, on the phone and via email)
- Sense of urgency
- Keen eye for details
- Ability to quickly shift gears without losing focus
