We are currently looking for a Boutique Sales Rep for the Boston Marc Cain mono-brand store located in The Shops at Chestnut Hill Mall.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Boutique Sales rep is a sales champion who continuously develops Marc Cain business, relentlessly work on store traffic conversion, transforms business leads to won sales, increases the average transaction amount, and establishes, promotes, and ensures a first-class experience for all Marc Cain clients and visitors.
Mission
· Greets store visitors, hosts the best-in-class client-unique ice-breaking appeals for each client
· Sets the common ground and establishes a positive tone for the interaction with store visitors
· Succeeds in storytelling, client focus, empathy, compassion, and listening
· Takes a lead on the store traffic conversion as well as average transaction increase
· Works confidently with a client in the store to upsell and at the same time satisfy the pickiest demands of the clientele
· Navigates new clients through the brand story and store floor when needed
· Assists returning clients to keep their wardrobes up to date
· Works in one team with a fashion stylist or operates solely with a client to build a Marc Cain look for every client
· Assist in store appointment bookings, follow-ups, shipping
· Execute certain marketing activities, client outreach, follow-ups, lead-generation campaigns

· Transforms each client experience into magical moments
· Drives sales and demonstrates outstanding results from the first days in the store
· Develops customers relationships to convert them to loyal clients, continuously works on the clientele base increase, retention, and brand loyalty
· Champions Marc Cain standards in sales experience
Qualifications
· 2 + years of sales experience required, preferably with at least 1 year in a luxury domain
· Being passionate about the client experience with in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs, and expectations of luxury clients
· Excellent social skills, proper etiquette knowledge, communication, and storytelling with conviction, you master the ability to listen and ask the right questions
· Business acumen, commercial creativity
· Ability to work multifaceted hours/days, weekends, and holidays, as needed
