Brand & Advertising Specialist Job at Lunge Marketing
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB AND CONTRIBUTION TO ORGANIZATION:
You will work with the VP of Strategy & Advertising, and Brand and Advertising Strategist to determine client advertising strategies and tactics across multiple eCommerce channels (Amazon, Walmart, etc.). By serving in a ‘trusted advisor’ consulting capacity, you will be a key point of contact (internal and external) for all advertising management matters and marketing best practices. As such, you will ensure successful delivery and execution of all advertising solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
ESSENTIAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following job functions are not all-inclusive. The associate will be required to perform other job-related tasks/responsibilities requested by the supervisor. Job duties may change as required by the needs of the company.
1. Control budgets, monitor KPIs, optimize performance, and analyze results in accordance with client and agency goals
2. Perform daily in-depth investigation into ad performance, product listings and platform updates to identify potential areas of concern.
3. Investigate new industries/products for the purpose of market/category research, advertising, and keyword building
4. Utilize multiple research tools to develop SEO-targeted keyword lists organized for relevance and CPC advertising use
5. Audit and monitor product catalog for advertising-readiness and potential marketing opportunities
6. Monitor SERPs (Search Engine Results Pages), relative organic search positions, and competitor actions to better inform advertising strategies and tactics moving forward
7. Align with clients and our creative team to create Amazon Posts and other social media material
8. Create, edit, and proofread advertising copy for Amazon DSP and Amazon Search Advertising ads
9. Coordinate with clients and internal creative team to create video advertisements
10. Produce and manage Amazon DSP ad campaigns.
11. Liaise with Amazon and Walmart representatives on a periodic basis.
12. Stay abreast of ecommerce best practices, pulling insights from Amazon-produced content, webinars, and external industry-relevant educational material
13. Utilize third-party API tools to manage and optimize advertising campaigns
QUALIFICATIONS:
About You
A strongly inquisitive nature defines any successful candidate in order to become a subject matter expert regarding all managed products, categories, competitive landscapes, and markets.
Additionally, to reach our primary goal for our clients to ‘win’ on Amazon, other eCommerce, and as in business, a demonstrated history of competitive pursuits is appreciated.
Prior eCommerce (Amazon) and/or PPC Advertising experience highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree required, however prior highly relevant direct Amazon Advertising or eCommerce experience may be substituted.
Strong Excel skills required.
Amazon Advertising Certification will be required before or shortly after hiring.
Ideally a four-year college degree (B.A. or B.S.)
