Summary Statement: We are looking for an entrepreneurial, business minded and customer service oriented Brand manager to oversee the Maison Schiaparelli store at Neiman Marcus – Beverly Hills – Los Angeles.


As the Brand manager, you will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store, develop the team, implement the company’s retail strategy, and play a pivotal role in the development of the brand in the market.


The Schiaparelli Brand Manager is the leader and brand ambassador for Schiaparelli at Neiman Marcus, playing a crucial role in building and delivering brand experiences
with existing sales and leadership teams as well as personal stylist teams. The Brand Manager partners to drive results and all goals agreed upon by Neiman Marcus and Schiaparelli, inclusive of boutique’s defined performance targets.


Your duties will include improving customer satisfaction and meeting monthly sales goals as well as undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and
developing client brand awareness.


Qualifications

Responsibilities:

Leadership:
  • Develop and promote the vision and culture of Schiaparelli within the Beverly Hills Neiman Marcus store, establishing the brand's unique identity and values.
  • Lead and inspire the boutique and store teams to achieve business goals and ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Neiman Marcus leadership and Schiaparelli management to align brand strategy with store objectives and devise creative solutions to achieve sales targets.
  • Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Sales and Business Development:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive store development plan for Schiaparelli, identifying key opportunities for growth and creating strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Work closely with Neiman Marcus, the Dedicated Sales Advisor and the personal stylists to ensure optimal product availability, pricing, and client recruitment and activations strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions to drive sales and increase market share.
  • Build strong relationships with key partners and clients and engage in client outreach to maximize sales opportunities.

Training and Development:
  • Own the brand training program for Schiaparelli and collaborate with Neiman Marcus leadership as needed to ensure all associates are knowledgeable about the brand's history, values, and products
  • Facilitate scheduling of all vendor brand training needs, including collection launches, seasonal marketing, selling ceremonies, and operations (morning brief, product knowledge, clinic training format)
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to the team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Event Management:
  • Lead the partnership and execution between Neiman Marcus and Schiaparelli on all client-facing events and experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Neiman Marcus team to develop event themes and ideas that align with Schiaparelli's brand values and objectives.
  • Manage the planning, execution, and follow-up for all events, ensuring they are flawlessly executed and meet business objectives.
  • Provide post-event analysis and feedback to the team to continuously improve event effectiveness.

Communication and Reporting:
  • Collate business recaps to communicate to all critical stakeholders through executive summaries and seller communication.
  • Communicate regularly with Neiman Marcus and Schiaparelli leadership and the Dedicated Sales Advisor to ensure alignment on business objectives and results.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed to provide insights into sales performance, market trends, and brand initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Solid experience as a Store/Boutique Manager in luxury brand/market.
  • Leadership: The ability to inspire and lead a team, create a shared vision and culture, and drive results through collaboration and motivation.
  • Proactivity: The ability to anticipate challenges and opportunities, and take proactive steps to address them in a timely and effective manner.
  • Attention to Detail: The ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and precision, and ensure that all aspects of the Schiaparelli brand and business are attended to and executed with excellence.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills : The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different stakeholders, including the Schiaparelli management, Neiman Marcus leadership, the personal stylists, and clients.
  • Adaptability: The ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and adjust to changing priorities and demands.
  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to think strategically, understand the bigger picture, and align business goals with overall company objectives.
