Job Summary

VTC has a great brand reputation within a variety of industries it serves including commercial & industrial, renewables, utilities, EV Charging, Data Centers, etc. They would like to increase their brand reputation to be a sought after vendor for power transformers within across all of these utilities industries. This will include increased brand awareness to the stake holders.

Role Responsibilities

  • Brand awareness and education for targeted stakeholders
  • Creating a compelling story about VTC that establishes them as a “want to do business with” vendor.
  • Reinforce VTC as the leader in ensuring we have a secure electrical grid in the US
  • Understand what value proposition target customer values most, ie. Ease of doing business with (privately held company, not a lot of layers), innovative technology, reliability, etc.
  • Create a consistent brand across all communications. This includes campaigns including outbound and inbound utilizing white papers, email, direct mail, tradeshows, conferences, etc.
  • Highlight technology processes, engineers, the company’s history and expertise, the company’s innovation and forward thinking (what is the next generation of transformers), production areas, design to build, etc. Give the stakeholders an opportunity to understand the people, the care, and the technology behind the product that provides lasting reliability.

Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s in business or marketing
  • Must be a strong writer
  • Must understand business, beyond the function of marketing
  • B2B industrial manufacturing background a plus

Must be COVID vaccinated
