Outside/inside maintenance @ 207 Murchison Road, Spring Lake, NC 28390: $500.00 sign on bonus after 90 days with perfect attendance. Part time will be proportionately less. As a maintenance worker you will be required to lift up to 60 lbs. and work with cleaning chemicals. Primarily this position will unload trucks 2 to 3 times a week, clean windows and organize stock areas.
