Position Summary:

Assist with maintenance within facility and around property, ensuring our building remains safe and functional.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and routine building inspections to identify potential issues.
• Perform basic repairs on plumbing and electrical systems.
• Replace broken fixtures and hardware.
• Assist with tasks such as carpentry, painting, landscaping, and deep cleaning.
• Assist in risk management activities.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Perform other related duties.

Requirements:

• Prior facilities maintenance in a commercial environment a plus
• Ability to operate scissor lift up to 45 feet
• Mechanical skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Familiarity with common cleaning products and equipment
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 18 years of age
