Central Technology is seeking to hire a Business Analyst for our Quality Assurance Team. As a Business Analyst, you will work with internal and external stakeholders by interviewing, listening, and identifying the business requirements and needs. You will act as the liaison between the Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testers, assist and provide feedback on test plans and test cases. We will rely on you to develop and maintain processes and procedures; and verify design documents, test plans, user manuals, and other key documentation.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical and coordination skills. We are looking for someone that is detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication. We will rely on you to create and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is ideal but not required; as well as experience in performing quality assurance testing on websites and mobile devices. Candidates should understand general quality assurance testing principles, software design, and development. Experience with financial service industries and general accounting principles is preferred.
