Our innovative company is rapidly growing, and we are eager to find the right person for this position! In this role, you will provide forecast / demand for programs. Provides product lifecycle management support for programs. Develops and manages internal business processes to meet individual customer needs. Leverages information system capabilities to support sales activity. Coordinates volume forecast for sales budgets. Supports future development of business strategies from initial business case through program implementation. Responsibilities: - Serves as liaison between Customer/Account Management / Program Management / Finance / Corporate IT / Supply Chain and operations for demand and product life cycle management. - Manages program product lifecycle (PLM) from new product introduction to end of life. - Develops appropriate business model for each engagement, and the front-end business processes uniquely necessary to execute each model. Develops business processes common across projects. Leverages IT system capabilities to support sales activities. - Coordinates inter-divisional teams for the development and execution of customer projects; updates management of project status and progress; allocates resources and maintains cost efficiency when implementing process improvement ideas. - Monitors CVI’s performance to customer requirements/expectations and coordinates necessary actions for improvements. Manages customer reporting. - Develops understanding of key functions and various roles and responsibilities within Medical. - Leads and/or coordinates the development of business models for new customer’s business. - Provides input to business development strategy. - Provides training and/or mentoring to less experiences Business Analysts. - Reviews and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems (QAD, MasterControl, Blue Mountain) and develops strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business Administration, Math/Statistics or related field and 8-12 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in business management/planning, account management, business development, production control, procurement, cost analysis, or operations management. - Ability to professionally interface with management and various internal functional groups. - Ability to recognize, research and propose solutions to potential problems. - Process oriented problem solver. - Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects. - Must be at least 18 years old to apply - Strong communication and organizational skills Company Overview: About our Company - Canon Virginia, Inc. located in Newport News, Virginia is a global manufacturer for Canon’s office and consumer products.
