Bass Underwriters, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Assistant to join our team located in Plantation, Florida. As a Business Development Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Business Development and Office Services team, as well as the company as a whole. This includes day to day activities such as filling marketing requests, managing inventory and marketing reports, and assisting with preparation for company events.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the company marketing inbox and respond appropriately to client inquiries
- Handle the printing, ordering, and preparation of all marketing flyers
- Assist with the coordinating or conventions/events
- Manage all inventory reports and digital marketing reports
- Fill requests from underwriters for business cards and promotional items
- Assist the office manager in projects; retreats, holidays, birthdays, office treats, vendor relations
- Assist with mailroom responsibilities (posting and shipping)
- Assist with incoming calls (as needed)
Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
- Two-year or four-year degree (Marketing or Business preferred, but not required)
- Strong customer orientation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with a commitment to company values
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Intermediate experience in internet research, typing, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
