The Role
Our Business Development team contributes to the growth of the Monad ecosystem by identifying existing and new developer teams and supporting their deployment onto Monad's testnet and mainnet.
We are looking for someone with significant experience dealmaking with dapp builders. You will wear many hats as you build and execute on a process for onboarding and supporting partner projects.
This is a full-time position that is fully remote in the US or Canada, with the option of being located in NYC (where the majority of our team currently is).
Requirements
Required experience/skills:
- You're crypto-native; you have excellent knowledge of major DeFi projects and categories
- You have at least 2 years of experience doing BD/Partnerships work (dealmaking with dapp builders) at a crypto company
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have excellent sales and negotiation skills

What you'll be doing
- You'll source, qualify, pitch, and close projects on the prospect of launching on Monad's testnet and mainnet in 2023
- You'll develop a process for onboarding projects as launch partners
- You'll maintain relationships with partners, finding ways to help them succeed in their goals
- You'll create tools and KPIs to measure success within the team
- You'll travel to conferences to speak with partners and speak about Monad

Salary and benefits
Minimum full-time salary of $120,000 - $180,000. (**This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary; a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.)
