The BDC Rep will utilize our CRM and the internet to respond to inquiries, update customer records, and closely track customer activity.

  • Answer incoming calls & respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate appointments
  • Reschedule no-show customers
  • Make appointments for Sales
  • Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Compile all necessary reports, forms, and other documentation on a timely basis
  • Work in conjunction with the Sales Department - consultants and managers
  • Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction, and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
  • Previous call center / sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of vehicles / automotive industry a plus
  • Confident and professional phone manner
  • Experience utilizing inventory and/or CRM systems
  • Strong/outgoing personality
  • MS Office Suite computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies and procedures
