The Business Development Coordinator covers a range of administrative and support tasks for the Business Development team, As well as the Director of Business Development. This position is instrumental in maintaining data integrity through CRM (Client Resource Management) and collaborating with key stakeholders to attain business goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development and key department stakeholders on sales campaign strategy, implementation, and evaluation
  • Research and track leads and opportunities.
  • Develop reports to measure the progress and success of CRM campaigns and other projects including KPIs through the CRM system
  • Develop and review final cost report with project team to collect and retain historical information
  • Monitor and ensure data integrity within the CRM database
  • Monitor CRM usage by business units and department stakeholders to ensure proper protocols are followed. This includes daily user support, requests, and inquiries
  • Lead CRM trainings as well as create and update training documentation and materials
  • Participate in CRM vendor calls, trainings, and customer forums
  • Assist with the overall management of CRM to ensure proper configuration and end-user utilization, including set up and monitor user access and security rights
  • Assist and prepare fee and risk analysis
  • Support proposal requests and RFPs within CRM. This includes preparation and delivery of RFPs, as needed
  • Review and import data from various sources to prevent duplication
  • Sign sales team up for industry events
  • Prepare check requests for events, advertising, etc.
  • Conduct post-bid review
  • Track RFP data and win rate
  • Conduct market and competitor research
  • Complete monthly expense reports
  • Manage contact lists
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Coordinate weekly sales and marketing meetings and update the sales team calendar as required
  • Miscellaneous administrative office tasks (filing, scanning, copying, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-3 years’ experience in performing business development or marketing activities for real estate, architectural or construction related firms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of CRM, or Microsoft CRM software
  • Marketing/Advertising background
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential/proprietary information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $1.00 per year
