About The Job
As a BDE Specialist, you are responsible for managing trials and opportunities with the goal of driving at scale usage for Certificate Authority Service (CAS).

You will start with existing PoCs (1000+) and sales lead (1000+) and engage with customers to drive deep understanding of use cases possible with CAS and drive at scale usage towards those patterns. You will collaborate with GCP Sales and Partners with the goal of delivering a positive customer experience and fast time to resolution. For this role, you are a proactive self-starter who is comfortable working with others in a rapidly changing environment. You also have experience in B2B or enterprise client service, sales, or consulting. You have impeccable attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Discover target persona for customer leads, send emails or schedule calls and leverage existing use case video playlist to create awareness
- Help build PoC for high volume use cases leveraging account team/CE/PSO help
- Leverage account teams influence top executives (e.g., CISO or platform VPs) on picking CAS
- Make sure usage continues to grow and address any pricing concerns with subscription
- Supervisory duties for a Team of 5
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- A minimum of two years’ experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Sales experience.
- Experience in CRM systems (Salesforce highly preferred). Webhelp Classified - Confidential
- Extreme detail focus: ability to follow a complex, detailed set of guidelines and update and maintain documentation.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities, and meet deadlines for a high volume of transactions.
- Prior Experience as a Team Lead.
- Prior Experience with Supervisory Duties.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and productively in a fast-paced remote environment with limited guidance.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Security background specially in identity (device and user) and PKI
- DevOps background specially in app modernization and move to micro-services
- Track record of finding and implementing opportunities for process improvement.
- Experience working within the Tech industry or with enterprise clients
- Experience with Google’s proprietary internal tools
