The Judge Group is expanding its sales team and is hiring multiple Business Development Representatives to grow its market share.

Compensation:
Below is a breakdown of average incomes by Judge Salespeople who were employed for the entire year of 2021:
- 37% of our Account Executives earned over $250,000
- 35% of our Account Executives earned between $150,000 and $250,000
- 14% of our Account Executives earned between $100,000 and $150,000
- 14% of our Account Executives earned between $75,000 and $100,000

Business Development Representative Program:
1) In the first months 1-3, it will become essential for BDR’s to learn the foundations of recruiting, as you will be trained in the following:
- Source and screen top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools and social media
- Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources
- Conduct personal interviews via phone, video, and in-person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions with our clients
- Negotiate pay rates
2) After developing the required skills to be a recruiter and successful completing the recruiter training program, months 4-6, you will begin sales activity & training as Business Development Representative:
- Lead generation
- Candidate reference checks to convert to sales leads
- Shadowing and observing sales activity from VP, BDR, and Sr. Account Executives
- Interact with clients and attend client meetings
- Perform thorough reference checks
- Interact with clients and attend client meetings
3) Upon successful completing the BDR Program, months 6+ you will attend Judge’ industry-leading sales training program and transition to Account Executive:
- Research, market, and effectively present our services to new and existing clients
- Win new business through in-person meetings/presentations with key client managers and senior executives
- Generate new business through telephone calls and participation in networking organizations/events
- Successfully expand and maintain existing client base
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of the existing and prospective business
- Secure qualified opportunities from existing and new clients
Qualifications:
- 4-year degree, or relevant work experience
- 1 Year of professional post-graduate work experience
- Key Traits: Energetic, competitive, confident, persistent, organized, commission-oriented/money motivated, and strong desire to succeed
- Some telephone sales or telemarketing experience preferred
