Business Development Representative Job at Yondr

We are seeking a full-time thoughtful, eager, and creative Business Development Representative to join our events team. This role will generate new sales and qualified leads within the private events space, including music video shoots, commercials, weddings, car shows, to name a few. You must be curious, resilient, a self-starter, and highly organized to succeed in this role.
The ideal candidate will embody Yondr’s mission to live in the real world and not behind a screen.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identifying decision makers in new and existing markets by researching organizations Collaborate with the events team to ensure smooth handoffs and high level of customer service
- Work on the ground as an event manager at certain Yondr events to understand the full perspective of a deal from sales through execution
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads before passing along to the Events sales team.
- Generate a high-value sales pipeline through both strategic and targeted prospecting
- Effectively communicate the unique benefits of Yondr in the events space - to whom?
- Work with the marketing team to develop email campaigns and prospecting
- Manage client expectations at the sale point to ensure deals are successfully executed
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Develop quotes and proposals for clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of experience as a business development or sales development representative
- The ability for national and international travel, including some evenings and weekends for conferences and events

- Relationship-driven, non-transactional
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Best in person, great on a call or meeting, and excellent writing acumen
- Effective problem solver with strong organizational skills
- Comfort and/or experience in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Entrepreneurial, organized, trustworthy, highly autonomous, and comfortable traveling
- A creative, unconventional thinker
- Pragmatic with a bit of whimsy
- Lover of live music and the outdoor
The estimated base salary range for the role based in the United States of America is: $55,000-$75,000 + commission. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable salary range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
