This role will collaborate with key stakeholders at the firm to identify, capture, and synthesize data for various business needs. Additionally, this person will have impact on the success of the firm by providing insights from internal data to improve operational efficiencies and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze internal data to assist with informing financial forecasts and projections
• Leverage internal data to improve processes, gain insights, and produce actionable recommendations
• Assist with solving unique business challenges, trends, or inquires through ad hoc analysis
• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team members on the design of compelling and insightful Power BI data visualizations
• Serve as a liaison between end user and Business Intelligence team to development solutions
• Interface with stakeholders while gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
• Assist with quality assurance through testing, verifying, documenting results, and maintenance of Business Intelligence products
• Strengthen product adoption by business users through on-going training for Business Intelligence products
• Assist with analyzing, documenting, and improving workflows, processes, and standards

Qualifications and/or Experience
Required

• A bachelor’s degree in data analytics, accounting, or business-related field
• 1-3 years of business analysis or related experience
• Proven ability to synthesize complex or diverse information with accuracy
• Creative thinker with vision and passion to innovate
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (a focus on Excel)
• Ability to manage and maintain confidential information

Preferred

• Experience with systems including Power BI, Prophix, Deltek Maconomy
• Experience with Microsoft SQL
• Experience working with financial statements, forecasting or budgeting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
