A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you utilize company resources to curate datawork. You analyze data for market trends and patterns and generate weekly and monthly reports with past and present trends. You also design new data collection models to better collect information and perform data profiling to identify anomalies.

While you do spend a lot of time working independently to analyze statistics and prepare reports, you also get to interact with people on a regular basis. You coordinate with all departments to ensure staff is well informed and on-task. Using your excellent communication skills, you explain findings clearly and are always prepared to defend your recommendations. Keeping up on best practices and legal regulations is important to you. You get a great deal of satisfaction out of ensuring that our HVAC company continues to serve our clients to the highest degree!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Sales experience (HVAC & plumbing experience a plus)
• 3+ years in an analytical position
• Familiarity with data collection protocol
• Excellent analytical and forecasting ability
• Understanding of current data protection and privacy laws
• Willingness to submit to a background check

Bilingual skills and an advanced degree or experience is preferred, but not required! Are you a logical and creative problem solver?
