Location: Business Intelligence

Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday

The experience you need to succeed:

• Five years of financial or analytical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Marketing/Product Management or similar.
• Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Extensive knowledge of other related statistical analysis computer applications.
• Proficient in Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word.

What you’ll do:

• Identify business intelligence needs of each department through one-to-one communication with V.P.s and mangers, and determine the Tanks manner to prioritize and fulfill those needs.
• Ensures that all reporting and analysis done by Business Intelligence departments is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
• Direct the research and analysis of potential opportunities within the financial services industry which will allow the Credit Union to gain a competitive advantage.
• Use SQL to create automated and ad hoc reports for senior management.
• Manage Business Intelligence reporting through DOMO and any other appropriate systems.
• Responsible for ensuring data integrity within various data sources.
• Oversee the data flow for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Hire, train, develop, motivate, coach and discipline BI team; administer performance evaluations and recommend appropriate action.

The person in this position will manage the operations of the Business Intelligence Department. The Business Intelligence Manager is responsible to develop his staff to make sure they provide accurate, timely, and actionable data to the Credit Union.
