7:30 am – 4:30 pm
$27.17/hour
52 Weeks/Year
Provides accounts payable and purchasing support working with Business office staff. Support for the Business office revenue function including bank reconciliations, bank deposits and account posting. Manages all extracurricular accounting for the Business office. Ability to perform Administrative Assistant functions in support of the Director and Assistant Director of Business Operations.
Qualification
Advanced computer application skills. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work in Skyward accounting software either through direct prior usage or ability to adapt quickly to accounting software. Strong math/business skills. Ability to maintain good relationships with co-workers, teachers, administration, parents, vendors and visitors.
