Job Summary: The Airport Business Operations Manager (BOM) works closely with development, sales and operations and is primarily responsible for overseeing all day-to-day functions of airport program/s in specific airports. He/she works directly with advertisers, contractors, and airport staff – representing Clear Channel Airports, advocating for the market, facilitating sales, overseeing operations, and maintaining airport relations. He/she plays a key role in the success of the market(s) in planning and execution of program operations and sales development as well as airport retention. The BOM is the main day-to-day liaison on all business issues for his or her airport market/s.

Job Summary:
Job Responsibilities:
- Implements targeted, customer-centric initiatives that drive revenue growth by leveraging appropriate resources and partnering with key stakeholders.
- Works closely with all departments to drive and support revenue goal attainment, both quarterly and annually and assists with revenue projections and forecasts.
- Working closely with sales, marketing and revenue management, drives and supports market specific marketing program development and implementation as well as inventory packaging and pricing to drive revenues and achieve business objectives.
- Cultivates marketplace insights to help generate new opportunities while helping to grow share with the existing customer base.
- Engages with a national, local and export organizations and their supporting teams to develop impactful and effective marketing resources.
- Works with SVPs, GMs, sales, development and operations managers in a multi-market region to set targets and standards for revenues, productivity, safety, costs, airport contract compliance, rate and occupancy, inventory control and purchasing.
- Implements enterprise wide changes in policies, practices, methods, applications, tools and other standardization initiatives.
- Drives sales into market/s through internal and external marketing efforts
- Fosters a positive partnership with airports and other stakeholders such as airlines and airport concessions to enhance revenue opportunities
- Works with the operations team for on-time installs and takedowns and reporting
- Working closely with the operations team, manages inventory of signage, dates of removal, relocation, and repairs
- May represent Clear Channel Airports at community events
- Reviews all contracts for the market(s)
- Exercises sound judgment in leading the market
- Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned

Education
Education
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
Skills
- A strong sales and service mindset – exceptional people management and team performance experience.
- Knowledge of media and advertising industry, business cycles, and key revenue and expense drivers. Deep and broad business acumen with strong analytical, critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills focused on achieved business results.
- Able to multi-task and balance multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated experience with sales organizations, including experience building and developing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills including delivering effective presentations and leading meetings.
- Ability to identify root cause of issues and quickly work to resolve them.
- Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift, pull, push and position ladders, material and equipment, occasionally more than 50 pounds. - This job is generally performed in a temperature-controlled airport environment. The requirements of the job include occasional exposure to dust and fumes. Duties are occasionally performed evening or late-night hours.
- Able to walk through airport terminals of varying sizes

- Able to travel up to 50% of the time
- When needed, able to work beyond normal business hours to help meet critical deadlines
